Planner Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Support Project Services Manager monitoring the project progress. Monitor contractor progress against plan and highlight deviations to project management through regular progress reports
• Accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project procedures
• Detailed scheduling of project activities
• Analyzing contractors and project team schedules producing project progress reports
• Consolidating detailed contractors schedules into the project master schedule and identify critical path activities
• Checking project reports
• Participating to progress and ad hoc project meetings keeping the planning team informed
• E&P Management (Generic)
• E&p SW Use & test (Generic)
• Organization Process: Project Management Process, supplier qualification methodology and techniques, feedback development and diffusion, work team management methodology, “Internal client” organization process, Documentation management, Contracting Strategy, Contract Management
• Project Management: Prep. of Development Program and Budget, HR Project Management, Project Planning, Risk Analysis, Data Books, Oper. & Decom. Manual, Close-Out Report Preparation, Cost control – Budgeting, Project Management Methodologies and techniques, Risk Management

Requisites

• Fluent in English
• Technical secondary level education
• Engineering degree preferred
• 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
• 3 years of project scheduling/planning experience
