A reputed anonymous company in Mozambique is recruiting a Quality, Health & Safety & Environmental Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems
- Evaluate and analyse quality environment and health and safety issues in the production and introduce corrective and preventive actions
- Handle customer complaints
- Liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
- Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislations is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members within a busy manufacturing service environment
- Mapping of manage and operational process and ensuring that they are implemented
Requisites
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English
- High level of confidentiality
- Organized and structured
- Quality Management experience within the manufacturing industry
- Should be familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Be comfortable developing the Company’s QHSE systems and encouraging a culture of excellence and compliance
- Be knowledgeable with all aspects of the above standards, relevant legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience with quality tolls (CEP, PDCA, Pareto, and others)
